1.) We believe that the Old Testament (or "Tanakh", which is an acronym of the first Hebrew letter of each of the Masoretic Text's three traditional subdivisions: Torah "Teaching", also known as the Five Books of Moses, Nevi'im "Prophets", and Ketuvim "Writings"—hence TaNaKh) and The New Testament (called B'rit HaChadashah in Hebrew, meaning "the New Covenant". The word B'rit means "covenant" and Chadashah means "new") are God breathed and inspired.
2.) We believe that it is important to have a good and working understanding of the Old Testament because it is what the First Century Believers had to discern by. It is also important because the Apostle Paul tells us that the Law of Moses is a "schoolmaster" bringing us to the knowledge of Messiah, that we might be justified by faith.
3.) We believe (as Yeshua declares) that He and The Father are one: "Echad" (אחד is the Hebrew masculine form of the word "one"). We believe this is a reference to the singularity of God in the sense that He is the one, true God; or, as husband and wife we are "echad". The word "Echad" is in the plural form of one.
4.) Our ministry is a model of The One New Man, and because we are Jew and Gentile together (echad in our union), we have an affinity to the entire Ephesians 2 Doctrine: [Excerpt] For he himself is our peace, who has made us both (Jew and Gentile) one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that he might create in himself One New Man in place of the two, so making peace, and might reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby killing the hostility. And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near. For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Messiah Yeshua Himself being the Cornerstone, in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit.
